Frequently Asked Questions
How are your Canvases produced?
We believe in only the best quality, so all our digital and photographic canvases are printed high resolution Giclée on Warhol 415gsm cotton canvas using Ultrachrome Pigment inks, with 2 coats of varnish, stretched and mounted on a 2" kiln-dried pine frame. This process provides a protective barrier against UV light and other pollutants and means that the canvas can be hung almost anywhere without risk of damage. Most of the images are gallery wrapped round the edges and finished neatly with no staples visible.
How will my own photo look?
It all depends on your original. Obviously professional or stock photography photos will look best but if you have taken the photo yourself, you need to seed us the original, high resolution photo from you camera or phone. Ideally it should be at least 1.5mb or 1500 pixels.
We also ask that the rights of any image you submit to be printed must be your own or have the permission of the respective owner to use for such purposes.
How do I pay?
All online transactions are handled through our payment processing provider, Paypal. You do not have to have a paypal account to pay by credit card, Paypal will still securely process your payment. We do not store or retain your credit card details ourselves. We accept cheques and BACS payments, and card payments over the telephone. Payment is required before any goods are despatched.
