Delivery InformationSmall items are delivered by standard Royal Mail post. If you require recorded delivery please let us know and this can be arranged at an extra cost. Large items, canvases, roller blinds etc are delivered by courier and require a signature. If you miss the 3 attempted deliveries and the package is returned to us there will be a charge for sending it back out.
Postage, packing and insurance costs are all ‘at cost’ we make no profit from this, the cost depends on the size and destination of the artwork.
Delivery costs are Small: £3 medium: £5 Large £10. Overseas delivery is also available.
Satisfaction / Returns
If the package you receive is damaged do not sign for it and contact us immediately.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item then contact us within 2 days of receipt and you have 14 days to return it to us in it’s original condition along with any accompanying documentation received and we will make a refund less any postage costs. This excludes Personalised Goods ad any special orders.
Printed blinds are all made-to-measure, so unfortunately we cannot accept returns of these items unless they are faulty. We cannot be responsible for customers measurements being wrong.
Please note the colours displayed on the website may not be identical to the original image, the colours may differ slightly due to lighting effects or specification of monitor/equipment viewed on, the colours on the website are as close as possible to the original.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
All payment information passed between our site and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering.
